[edit] AfD nomination of Michael Q. Schmidt (actor)

An editor has nominated Michael Q. Schmidt (actor), an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Michael Q. Schmidt (actor) and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 08:14, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

Remove the article... please. The same editor who nominated it for removal by tagging it as non-notable, himself de-constructed the article and its links to ensure it was non-notable. He made it into exactly what he "claimed" it was. He has done this before and continues doing so. Any and all who have spoken up against him or who have expressed concern over his action have themselves been chastised, so why would anyone wish to be the subject of his wrath. Their being afraid of him ensures silence, and he takes that silence as a consensus to continue his actions. And this goes far beyond the sockpuppet incident, as his pattern of Wiki abuse under the color of authority, and his making articles and corrections and de-constructions to other's works based totally upon his own opinion, predates the sockpuppet discovery or any their limited contributions by many months. Any attempt to correct or improve an article put up by one accused of being a sockpuppet is itself declared as being suspect and then removed by him. He continues to mis-use that incident, and his success in the blocking of the puppets, as tacit permission to do whatever he wishes. This underscores the inherant flaw of the Wiki system in its allowing editors such as Cumulus Clouds to perform their actions with impunity and place personal opinion above fact or truth. His actions guarantee that NO ONE will come forward to make any improvement as suggested. Remove the article... please. Though I might have thought differently in the past, his actions have ensured that I no wish to have the article there. MichaelQSchmidt (talk) 21:54, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
