This IP address formerly hosted a Tor "exit node" from which Wikimedia projects are accessible and was blocked due to abuse; however, as of 08:58, 19 May 2008 (UTC) this is no longer the case. (confirm) This IP address can most likely be unblocked by an administrator after double-checking that the address no longer exits to Wikimedia projects.
