While our policies on what constitutes a reliable source (see WP:RS) don't obviously rule this article in or out, I am going to include it because 1) The article is signed 2) The article is not self-published by the author 3) The article has been peer-reviewed by the publications editorial collective and 4) The publication is stable, quarterly-released and has an ISBN. I don't know anything about the reputation of Anarcho-Syndicalist Review, but as it's an opinion piece rather than reporting, we don't have to worry about them getting the facts wrong.
