Yes, your link works now. You certainly have won that debate -- I'm not sure if other editors will agree with the placement of the link/description, however. Nonetheless, happy editing! -- Omicronpersei8 (talk) 21:31, 15 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Kenneth Pinyan
You added the template for deletion to this article, but there are some problems with it. First, you didn't actually do anything beyond add the template. Second, you haven't discussed or explained why it would not be considered a valid article. I myself can't see a reason.
Not being sure what you want to do, I've deleted the template, and if there's a discussion you want to have about the article, may I suggest its talk page would be a good frist stop? Many thanks -- FT2 (Talk | email) 00:32, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Robert Baden-Powell, 1st Baron Baden-Powell
You removed a link to the main article on the section dealing with his sexuality. I have reverted it, as it is vandalism or very close to being vandalism. That link was added after a lot of debate. --Bduke 02:38, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Carl Sheeler on DU page
Are you the same editor who removed the Carl Sheeler reference (citing lack of evidence) under another IP address twice before? I don't understand what your reasoning is, or why you think it makes Carl Sheeler "look bad". I did not originally post the reference, but I watch the page and noticed that it was removed, and I added it back in, along with a link to his campaign site. Is that not evidence? Is the man not running for the Senate nomination? I have read his posts on DU, and HE seems to think he is running. Please, educate me if I am missing something here. I am reverting your edit.Crockspot 04:08, 17 July 2006 (UTC)

- Call me slow, but I finally figured out that your concern is that he is not really a member of DU. There is a user CarlSheeler4U who claims to be Carl, and all of his posts are consistent with Carl Sheeler's campaign statements. I added a link to the user's profile (which can only be viewed while logged in), and to one of his posts (which are viewable by anyone). There is nothing inconsistent with Carl's views and the views expressed by the majority of DU members. I still don't know how it makes him "look bad". DU seems to be a part of his base. If you would like to discuss this further, please come to the DU talk page, where there is a section heading for Carl Sheeler to discuss your edits.Crockspot 04:39, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
In reply to your comment on my talk page, BenBurch spoke with Carl during his live blog at DailyKos, and confirmed that the CarlSheeler4U on DU is really him. Crockspot 20:23, 21 July 2006 (UTC)
