The source is written in 1996. But it says, "The Hongwanji was censured many times by the Zenkoku-Suiheisha Movement. Finally in 1969, it confessed that it had been discriminatory and had not accepted responsible for that reality."[1] I don't just revert anonymous editors who aren't obviously vandalizing; I did check the source. But as an aside, you'll probably find it easier to move around if you register an account; see WP:WHY. And both "unconstructive" and "nonconstructive" are in the dictionary, but it was a template I used to message you: {{uw-v1}}.
