I'd have to say, that while a /16 block is pretty large, and likely caught some innocent editors, that looking over the logs for this range, it doesn't look like someone has given us much choice. Maybe the blocking admin has some more info and could tweak the blocks down a bit, but the path of least resistance here might just be to register an account. Either create an account at a computer outside of this IP range, or if that is unfeasible, just send an email to accounts-enwiki-l@lists.wikimedia.org with a proprosed username and password, and reference this rangeblock. An account can then be created for you. --Jayron32.talk.contribs 00:05, 8 May 2008 (UTC)

The user in question is blocked a month for 3RR - a month since there have been other incidents on their record. Wikipedia:Requests for comment/75.47.x.x as well as legal threats, personal attacks, and other stuff. --Rschen7754 (T C) 00:11, 8 May 2008 (UTC)

I would be willing to unblock account creation though, as the user mentioned above is unwilling to get an account. --Rschen7754 (T C) 00:13, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
