I could write an article called the Super-Duper Hills with the exact same content. It wouldn't make it any more valid, or any more encyclopedic. There is no reference anywhere that I can find on the internet to the "Elite" Hills you are trying to add. It's a bad article, and you're only giving other editors more to clean up when it is eventually deleted. AniMate 05:24, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
