Reference 15 is simply incorrect. Ruth Anna Putnam herself has no idea why the Wertheimer book provides a wrong birth place for her. She was born Sep 20, 1927 in her grandparents apartment in Berlin. Her mother suffered of Gaucher's disease and Berlin provided a safer medical environment. As a reference see: M.
