Why are you being such an asshole? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.31.52.56 (talk • contribs)
Why are you "messaging" me? That seems like an attack. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.31.52.56 (talk • contribs)
- I gave you a template warning based on your continued behavior. You made a personal attack. IrishGuy talk 00:51, 5 September 2006 (UTC)

- You messaged me and accused me of being a vandal, you are being an asshole. The only one editing posts is you. There is no requirement to sign your posts and I would appreciate it if you would not vandalize my posts to make yourself feel better. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.31.52.56 (talk • contribs)

- Like where it calls it a guideline and not a rule and then explains the guideline ". . . is not set in stone and should be treated with common sense and the occasional exception." This is an occasion where it makes sense for a blank signature. Please stop violating the wikipedia norms and vandalizing my posts. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.31.52.56 (talk • contribs)

It makes no sense to remove signatures and/or refuse to sign your posts. As such, I have added the unsigned template. IrishGuy talk 17:44, 5 September 2006 (UTC)
Thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Please don't remove signatures from AfD pages. It is considered vandalism. IrishGuy talk 00:07, 5 September 2006 (UTC)
Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia! Blanking signatures is considered vandalism. I didn't mean to replace the page with blank content. If that happened I assure you it was completely by accident. No harm intended. Seriously. {Quit editing my posts.} {Do you have nothing better to do?} —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.31.52.56 (talk • contribs)
[edit] Signing posts
The Wikipedia policy on signing your posts states: Any post made to user talk pages, article talk pages, or other discussion pages should be signed. They encourage civility in discussions by identifying the author of a particular comment, and the date and time at which it was made.. To repeatedly remove signatures in un-civil. When comments aren't signed an unsigned template is used to mark the author. When you remove the signatures and make an edit summary charging me with vandalism for using an unsigned template, you are engaging in an unwarranted personal attack. Please sign your posts in the future. IrishGuy talk 01:09, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
