I have not visited the website, but from your description on the wikipedia page, it's clear that it's non-notable. Firstly, it hasn't even been created yet, so for it to be worthy of an article before even it's creation, it would have to be something that has a lot of hype (e.g. Snakes on a Plane). Seeing as it's a flash animation, there's not going to be enough hype about it to make it notable before production. Even after it's produced, unless it becomes extremely popular and becomes an internet meme, it probably won't be notable enough.
