[edit] Nadine Gordimer
u are adding false information to the Nadine Gordimer article. see the talk page for details. i strongly suggest u stop reverting edits and take part in the talk page discussion instead. Doldrums 16:48, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you.Doldrums 17:08, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] sockpuppets?
- This user exhibits intervention patterns similar to other anonymous IP users on the Nadine Gordimer page, and may be an alternate IP address for one or more other regular editors (such as User:Yakuman or User:70.23.199.239 who has signed in under numerous IP addresses in the 70.23.* range.) See:
- 75.83.18.55 (a RoadRunner account; two identical edits, both reinserting disputed content; described one insertion of disputed content as reverting "vandalism" which IP editor 70.23.* repeatedly does (diff)
- The next three are all Verizon IP addresses, all making the exact same edit (four times) on 2007/4/3:
- 75.213.227.60 (reverting to a disputed version just after User:Yakuman stopped contributing; see diff)
- 75.213.225.215 (reverting the exact same disputed versions twice, just after 75.213.227.60; diff 1 and diff 2
- 75.212.126.146 (again, restoring the same disputed content, after 75.213.225.215; see diff) --lquilter 17:31, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
