Yes, I made some mistakes, but that doesn't mean that my English is actually poor. About the "municipy" word... yes, it was a mistake, but you don't have to tell that one million times to make it clear.
Something else, who are you to make a note in my talk page, without being a Wikipedian? I am a Wikipedian, you're not. So don't be in my talk page for something like this.

Besides, ALL of that article was created by me. ALL is perfectly written, and you come here and tell me about a stupid word. Come on.
