[edit] Congressional staff salary links
Please note that by adding the link to one Congressional member's page, you must add it to all 535 members' pages, and in the future to all future members of Congress. Otherwise it will be considered biased and POV-pushing. I'll check back in a day or two to see if you have complied with this. If not, I will revert all of the edits pertaining to this issue. - I see that the original editor that you were refering to did not comply, and you removed the info to maintained NPOV. I agree that having this information on a single senator's page questionable. However, I think this is valuable information to have available for ALL senators (and indeed representatives). To that end I have added a field to the CongLinks template for this purpose. I have added this information to both Missouri senators, and am in the process of adding it to both Senators from other states (through the A's so far, sigh). Hopefully others will help add to the senators and also to the representatives. kenj0418 (talk) 03:18, 19 December 2007 (UTC)

- I added the link to the legistorm congressional salary info. I have no relationship whatsoever with the website or this company. I in fact didn't realize that the website was replated to this anon-IP address until I read your comment above. I added this to the template because it is useful information, and similar to other useful information (such as campaign contributions, etc) that is also linked from the template. I commented on this user page because it was previously involved in a link to that site (which was removed due to a NPOV concern (since it was on a single senator's article)). Again -- whether or not you like the link (we can discuss that further) -- There certainly isn't any conflict of interest as I never even heard of this company (or website) until I saw the edits to the Claire McCaskill page. kenj0418 (talk) 05:37, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
