I like your suggestions (the maps could certainly be improved), but as you guessed, I am no professional map-maker. I doubt I'd be able to find something of that sort online (with free copyright issues) in order to upload it here to wikipedia. Sadly those are the only maps that are really available for wikipedia from the storage of pictures found at wikimedia commons. The Tang Dynasty map is especially pathetic and amateur.--Pericles of Athens^Talk 20:31, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
