[edit] David Paterson

Thank you for tagging all of the daughter articles of David Paterson and commenting on their DYK nomination. I would like to point out that splitting the articles was discussed and the consensus was we should trim the article down. The guideline for a featured article states it should be no more than 50k. Right now, the article is at 35k. That only leaves 15k to describe the next three years of his Governorship. I for one, would rather see information about that, then details about how Eliot Spitzer won the highest percentage victory for a Governor, or how Paterson calls WFAN, etc. I could be wrong. Consensus can change. But please, discuss it on the talk page first, since we just voted on this. Thanks! MrPrada (talk) 06:39, 29 March 2008 (UTC)

I'd rather split each time 50k is reached. But not before. If the tribe has spoken, so be it. --74.13.129.166 (talk) 06:43, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
