[edit] Welcome
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
Here are some other hints and tips:
- I would recommend that you get a username. You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and there are many benefits of having a username. (If you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.)
- When using talk pages, please sign your name at the end of your messages by typing four tildes (~~~~). This will automatically produce your username (or IP address) and the date.
If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my Talk page, or type {{helpme}} on this talk page and a user will help you as soon as possible. I will answer your questions as far as I can. Again, welcome!
Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian. Yuser31415 (Review me!) 01:12, 19 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Pointless Info
Please could you reconsider your decision to slam my contributions to MuchVibe, MuchLoud, MuchMoreRetro as pointless info. For years, Shaw has decided not to offer these services. Chum and Shaw have fought for a long time, but to reach no settlement. Xm2631 20:25, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] G4techTV Canada
Firstly, the channel's actual name is "G4techTV Canada." Please follow this link to see dozens of pages from the official website containing this phrase.
Secondly, your method of renaming the page (by cutting and pasting its text) is improper, as it destroys the article's revision history. Our software contains a special means of moving the page to a new title, but this function is available only to registered users whose accounts have existed for a minimum of approximately four days. For more information, see Help:Moving a page. —David Levy 04:59, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
- I explained above that it is improper to rename a page by cutting and pasting its text. Further attempts to do so shall be interpreted as vandalism. If you wish to propose a move, please do so at Wikipedia:Requested moves. —David Levy 16:14, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Reverts in TVtropolis
Please see the discussion I have started in Talk:TVtropolis. They call me Mr. Pibb 18:16, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
