Pretty much. Some editors are a little less policy-reliant, which shows my personality, but you can have a read of WP:V, WP:NOR, WP:RS and WP:CS as well as WP:NPOV. You see, the thing is that just as a hold against anybody who's got crazy ideas, essentially most assumptions are not allowed.
