Hi, I noticed you wanted to add an image from Photobucket to the Highway article (diff). It is not possible to add images from other websites into a Wikipedia article, you will need to upload the image to a Wikpedia owned server. However, the image will need to have the appropriate licensing information (e.g. public domain, GNU FDL, Creative Commons). Please see Wikipedia:Uploading images for more specific information. Please do not add nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Eagle Scout (Boy Scouts of America). It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you.
