First off, right you mean they are not related in the since that the FERPA claim was filed by a SAM student, related to Kertes' disclosure of discussions regarding being on SAM students being on campus and their right to assemble (which is the same thing the ACLU it talking about).
Second, my involvement with FIJI has nothing to do with me making these changes, I do this because I personally believe in the Wikipedia project, and I was doing my best to rework an article that is clearly not to par and not in line with Wikipedia's standards.
Third, I'm just writing based on what was in the campus newspaper this week and also using the other newspaper sources cited by other editors. I did my best to be neutral about this topic which granted, I don't know about and tried my best here to just present the facts as they were given to me (all of it from newspapers and not from FIJI which you accused me of).
Lastly, if you are going to be editing Wikipedia on a long-term basis I highly suggest you create a username for yourself, it makes communication and discussion much easier.
