[edit] Welcome
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
Here are some other hints and tips:
- I would recommend that you get a username. You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and there are many benefits of having a username. (If you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.)
- When using talk pages, please sign your name at the end of your messages by typing four tildes (~~~~). This will automatically produce your username (or IP address) and the date.
If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my Talk page, or type {{helpme}} on this talk page and a user will help you as soon as possible. I will answer your questions as far as I can. Again, welcome!
Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian.
By the way, the reason you're getting warnings that you may or may not have edited yourself is because you are not logged on. Users who are not logged on will get any warnings for their IP address, which for a dialup ISP can be any one of a number of users. You can solve that by registering an account. [edit] ATH
A TV show is *not* the most common use of ATH. Many, many other significant entities use those letters, including major companies and an international airport. Thus, primary topic disambiguation is called for. Please do not change it again. FCYTravis 05:02, 3 February 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for understanding. Let's see if this fixes it. FCYTravis 17:11, 3 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Photo copyrights
Please review Wikipedia's copyright policies, photos such as the one you re-added to the Marshall Faulk article after I removed it are not allowed on Wikipedia. Thanks. Quadzilla99 07:45, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
- Also do not right align all photos leaving huge ugly blank gaps in articles. If there are huge gaps left align some of the photos, also many people such as myself have high resolution computer screens where the blank gaps are much larger so please be considerate. Thanks. [edit] MLB.com
You have the history of MLB.com. The section has been reviewed by an Wikipedia administrator; if such section was found not to be compliant then he would have removed it then. As the title of the article is MLB.com, then the history of MLB.com is most certainly revelent to the article. Rgl168 17:08, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
