[edit] Spamming articles with external links
Please stop adding multiple external links to articles, it can be considered spam. See WP:SPAM and WP:EL. Thanks. --Milo H Minderbinder 18:28, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
Milo, You are vandalizing the Arlington Heights, IL. Wikipedia page. Those links are not spam, they are useful links about Arlington Heights. There are great resources on the links directed. You have said it yourself: these multiple links "can be considered spam" ... it is not CONFIRMED that those multiple links are spam. It would be better not to take action on another person's work, namely your deletion, on a supposition of 'can be considered spam.' Why don't you find better things to do with your time? You seem to have a good working knowledge of the Wikipedia rules. You should work a little harder to find the REAL spam that we all would like to see eliminated. None of the links that you have deleted would make a user go 'Oh darn, I got suckered onto a useless page!" Most users would probaby be happy with their find of additional information that would be otherwise impractical to load into a Wikipedia article.
Please be advised that I am a User Interface consultant for a law firm specializing in civil corporate cases in downtown Chicago. We would be happy to pursue you and your assets by proving that you took hostile action using an unclear area of Wikipedia policy and deliberately tried to harrass and harm someone's business. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.57.0.70 (talk • contribs) 20:35, 26 January 2007.

Please refrain from repeatedly undoing other people's edits . If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. The three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule.
