[edit] RE: Henniker
The best way to avoid being accused of vandalism... There is no best way. IP addresses are commonly assumed to be vandals because that is where the majority of vandalism comes from; to alleviate this potential misunderstanding, you could establish a user account. Another way to avoid automatic vandalism accusations is to always provide an edit summary that gives an idea of what changes you've made and why. As for the Talk:Henniker, New Hampshire page, those pages are for discussion about the article, thus the content of your post provides no particular direction regarding the article and why your post is particularly relevant to it. If you'd qualified it, something like "Hello, from the ONLY Henniker on Earth! If you need information regarding Henniker, I might be able to find it here in the local library" or some-such like that, your post might be left alone. Its tough after awhile of editing here to assume good faith. I have adopted a combination of assume good faith and WP:DGAF. Hope this helps, and Good Luck! ZueJay (talk) 20:53, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Cursus honorum, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. Mlouns (talk) 01:11, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
