[edit] Ask Jere to use tilde signature

Hello, Jere, thanks for your contributions to the Herbert W. Armstrong page. As you have seen on the talk page for that article, there are several active threads of conversation right now. It would be very helpful if you would sign your contributions on the talk page by adding four tildes after your name, like this jere ~~~~ This adds your IP address (since you have not established a user name) and the time, and makes it much easier to keep track of who is saying what. The tilde is on your keyboard just left of the "!" key in the top row of keys. To make your name appear in bold, put three apostrophes in front of and behind it: '''jere''' produces jere.

Another thing that would be helpful to keep the threads clear is if you would use a colon to indent paragraphs. If you are the first person to respond to something, you use one colon. If you are responding to something that is already indented by a colon or colons, just add another one (use three colons to respond to a two-colon remark, etc.).

FYI, I supported your most recent remark on the Armstrong talk page about credibility of sources. -- Lisasmall 15:23, 25 July 2007 (UTC)

Jere, thanks for participating on the Herbert W. Armstrong talk page again. Please, though, start adding four tildes after your name to give your signature more weight, and in accord with Wikipedia's signature guidelines. Again, sincere thanks for your work on this article. -- Lisasmall 03:19, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
