Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Weis Markets. Your edits have been automatically marked as unconstructive/possible vandalism and have been automatically reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you believe there has been a mistake and would like to report a false positive, please report it here and then remove this warning from your talk page. If your edit was not vandalism, please feel free to make your edit again after reporting it. The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Weis Markets was changed by 71.162.62.254 (c) (t) making a minor change with obscenities on 2007-10-21T01:06:24+00:00 . Thank you. [edit] October 2007

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Weis Markets, you will be blocked from editing. Acroterion (talk) 01:08, 21 October 2007 (UTC)

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.

This is your last warning.

Blocked
You have been blocked for vandalism for a period of time. To contest this block, add the text {{unblock|your reason here}} on this page, replacing your reason here with an explanation of why you believe this block to be unjustified. You can also email the blocking administrator or any administrator from this list. Please be sure to include your username (if you have one) and IP address in your email.

If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia after the block has expired, you will be blocked for longer and longer periods of time.Kukini hablame aqui 01:18, 21 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Don't worry.....

I won't be using THIS IP for vandalism anymore.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.162.62.254 (talkcontribs)

This is the only warning you will receive. Your recent vandalism, as you did to Weis Markets, will not be tolerated. Although vandalizing articles on occasions that are days or weeks apart from each other sometimes prevents editors from being blocked, your continued vandalism constitutes a long term pattern of abuse. The next time you vandalize a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Acroterion (talk) 02:45, 25 October 2007 (UTC)

Looks like someone thinks he's an admin. Last I checked only admins have reason to use the test4im template. Otherwise, just use the standard vandalism templates. 71.162.62.254 09:05, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
Nah. {{test4}}, {{test4im}} and the like can be used by anyone. {{test5}} and the equivalents may only be used by admins, as they suggest the user has been blocked. And blocking can only be done by admins. --Dreaded Walrus t c 09:10, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
As DW says, no, I'm not an admin, and yes, protocol dictates the use of templates 1 through 4: 5 can be placed by non-admins after a block, if the admin's busy and didn't do it. So you will be reported to AIV for long-term vandalism the next time the "ugly bear" story/obsession appears. This has been going on for more than a year, and you've been amply warned. Acroterion (talk) 11:25, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
Hmmmmmmm......someone said the exact same thing to me last year. Everything down to the part about reporting me to the sysops and blocking me indefinately for long term vandalism. But I'm still here. I'm like a boomerang, you keep trying to throw me away, but I keep coming back.

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.

You have been temporarily blocked from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below.

[edit] Waaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiit a second

I've been blocked from editing even though there's no test5 template, only a few test4 templates, and I haven't made a funny edit since. What's going on here?

Oh, nevermind....
{{uw-block1}} that Rklawton posted above when blocking you is an equivalent of {{test5}}, in that they both state you have been blocked. As for not editing since the last test4, I haven't checked through your edits to see if this is true or not (I only got here when you left a message on Acroterion's page), but a user doesn't always have to have warnings before being blocked. That's just regular procedure for reporting users to Administrator intervention against vandalism. If you look through blocked users, you will quite commonly see people who have been blocked without editing since a fourth warning, though these are usually registered accounts used only for vandalism. --Dreaded Walrus t c 02:31, 26 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] History Of Vandalism

This guy who seems to also live in Altoona and share some IPs with me has been vandalizing Wikipedia for well over a year. Something needs to be done about this guy. Here's a list of articles he's vandalized that I've either reverted or found out about later.

Weis Markets - Putting in the stuff about the black bear and farting in a particular store.

List of Virtual Dungeon monsters - Changing names to things like Granny Cobra, Choo-Choo-Bot, Sliding Glass Door Bot, Snoop Doggy Dogg Bot, and other nonsense names.

List of Mutants and Cyborgs in the Virtual Dark Fortress - Similar types of vandalism to List of Virtual Dungeon Monsters.

List of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers monsters (Season One) - Similar types of vandalism to the above two.

Minotaur - Changing the description of the Minotaur to "Half Chicken, half bull"

Labyrinth - Similar vandalism

Mike Hart (football player) - Changing his name to a vulgar pun name.

Jennifer Heil - Inserting his opinions about her into the article

Beach ball - Adding stuff about an evil beach ball

Toilet Paper - Something about an officer that instructs how to wipe

I'm sure there's more this guy regularly vandalizes, but these are the ones I know about. Not sure if anything can be done but I just thought I'd point out how extensive this guy's agenda against Wikipedia is. MVillani1985 08:59, 27 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Block extended

This was useful to know. I've extended the block in order to reduce the frequency of your disruptions. Rklawton 14:04, 27 October 2007 (UTC)
