Attention:

This IP address, 71.102.80.39, is registered to Verizon Internet Services Inc., an Internet service provider through which numerous individual users may connect to the Internet via proxy. This IP address may be reassigned to a different person when the current user disconnects.

For this reason, a message intended for one person may be received by another. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases, you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism, in which case, please see here.

If you are autoblocked repeatedly, we encourage you to contact your Internet service provider or IT department and ask them to contact Wikimedia's XFF project about enabling X-Forwarded-For HTTP headers on their proxy servers so that our editing blocks will affect only the intended user.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider using a soft block with the template {{anonblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

Note: In the event of vandalism from this address, abuse reports may be sent to your network administrator for further investigation.
IT staff who want to monitor vandalism from this IP address can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format.

If it's a positive edit from this IP, it's probably me here at home. If not, it isn't. I've never once vandalized Wikipedia, even as an experiment. Why start now?  :) PMDrive1061 05:31, 27 September 2007 (UTC)

You are welcome to continue editing articles without logging in, but you may wish to create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits. If you edit without a username, your IP address (71.102.80.39) is used to identify you instead.

In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on your talk page. Again, welcome! Ah, I misread your comment at the top. --Closedmouth (talk) 09:53, 1 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Say what???

I am so terribly sorry, I have been watching the Recent Changes page in an effort to spot and revert vandalism, and after I had reverted a piece of vandalism, and I went to warn the user, I accidentally clicked onto your talk page instead of the user that I had been going to warn for vandalism, I have removed the template from your IP's User Page and I have transferred the real vandals IP page. Once again I am terribly sorry.--Mifter (talk) 20:23, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
