[edit] Re: Your edit summary

"He said I vandalised, I changed a false fact in the article to a true fact. Not vandalism."
Ok, point by point here:

  1. "He said I vandalised" - I didn't say you vandalized. I said that one of your recent edits to an article did not appear to be constructive.
  2. "I changed a false fact in the article to a true fact." - In the edit I referred to, you didn't change a false fact to a true fact, you linked to a disambiguation page. That's not constructive.
  3. "Not vandalism." - I didn't say you vandalized.

What part of this don't you understand? --Geniac (talk) 23:46, 4 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] "What part of this don't you understand?"

There is only one part I don't understand.

That part is that the only edit I made on the Crucial Conflict page was changing "they are currently working on a new album Planet Crucon" to "they recently released Planet Crucon". The album was released back in January 2008 and the article said they were still in the studio finishing it. The disambiguation pages I made have been on Bone thugs, Souljah Boy and Souljah boy (2 different articles) and I'm about to make William Lyons (rapper) a page of its own. I'm sick of the Wikipedia vandalism/unconstructive edits warnings. Anyone who has any information to submit that may be a true or false fact should not be regarded as a vandal. I'm sick of it being on my user page because I have not once tried to vandalise an article. (Okay, maybe once). 71.10.88.69 (talk) 00:29, 5 May 2008 (UTC)

In this edit, you, or somebody using this IP address, created a link to a disambiguation page; Wildstyle (disambiguation). What would have been better to do is link to Wildstyle (rapper) even though it doesn't exist yet. --Geniac (talk) 12:36, 5 May 2008 (UTC)

If I linked to a disambiguation page that didn't exist, I'm sorry, I don't remember making that edit. I did make good edits to that page though, and the change I did make to the page that was "unconstructive" makes a good point: "Wildstyle" should not be typed with brackets when referring to the rapper because it leads to the graffiti style.

Thanks for understanding; have a great one! --Geniac (talk) 14:20, 6 May 2008 (UTC)
Incidentally... you might want to consider registering. It'll prevent any further IP mixups. DS (talk) 01:40, 8 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Explaining

If (person A) edits using this IP, and someone leaves a message for (person A), but then (person B) uses this IP, and reads the message and thinks it was left for him...

... that's an "IP mixup". DS (talk) 14:13, 15 May 2008 (UTC)

Okay thank's for clarifying. 71.10.88.69 (talk) 17:54, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
