From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Attention:

This IP address, 70.96.128.8, is registered to Dark Horse Comics, and may be shared by multiple users. If the organization uses proxy servers or firewalls, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.

For this reason, a message intended for one person may be received by another and a block may be shared by many. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases, you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism; if so, please see here.

If you are autoblocked repeatedly, we encourage you to contact your Internet service provider or IT department and ask them to contact Wikimedia's XFF project about enabling X-Forwarded-For HTTP headers on their proxy servers so that our editing blocks will affect only the intended user. Alternatively, you can list the IP at Wikipedia:WikiProject on XFFs.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider using a soft block with the template {{anonblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

Note: In the event of vandalism from this address, abuse reports may be sent to your network administrator for further investigation.
IT staff who want to monitor vandalism from this IP address can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format.

Welcome

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

You are welcome to continue editing articles without logging in, but you may wish to create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits. For one thing, if you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.

In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on your talk page. Again, welcome! [edit] Mike Richardson (publisher)

You can't just copy and paste things from the Dark Horse webpage--please see WP:COPYVIO. Besides, that material would be better placed in the article about Dark Horse Comics rather than the article about Richardson. Finally, the material isn't written from a neutral point-of-view. Please do not revert my deletion of the copyrighted material again, instead discuss your concerns on the article's talk page. Thanks. Katr67 20:28, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

The article still clearly needs to be cleaned up.Ridernyc 20:30, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

If you represent Dark Horse and can show that the material is freely licensed, please discuss this on the talk page. It still needs to be written neutrally, however, thanks. Katr67 20:32, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

Please don't remove the cleanup tags from the article without discussion. Also if you're Bubbafett, you should log in. Katr67 20:35, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
You also shouldn't remove the advert tags - as you have conflicts of interest you should read up on the guidelines linked to and as neutrality issues are clearly evident it'd be advisable to restrict yourself to adding comments to the relevant talk page. As someone from inside Dark Horse you can provide a lot of useful and valuable information that could help improve a lot of relevant entries but just dropping in PR-laden sections isn't going to lead anywhere. [edit] Warning

Please read about our reversion guidelines. Reverting without discussion 3 times in 24 hours is likely to get you blocked. This could reflect badly on your company. Please stop and discuss your edits rather than reverting! Katr67 20:41, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

As I mentioned above, due to neutrality issues being raised you should avoid editing the page in any major way and follow WP:COI guidelines by suggesting changes on the talk page. (Emperor 17:10, 30 October 2007 (UTC))
