[edit] Welcome
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
Here are some other hints and tips:
- I would recommend that you get a username. You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and there are many benefits of having a username. (If you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.)
- When using talk pages, please sign your name at the end of your messages by typing four tildes (~~~~). This will automatically produce your username (or IP address) and the date.
If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my Talk page or you can type {{helpme}} on this talk page and a user will help you as soon as possible. I will answer your questions as far as I can. Again, welcome!
Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian. -- Steel 22:08, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] List of Dr. Eggman's vehicles
Another editor has added the "{{prod}}" template to the article List of Dr. Eggman's vehicles, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. [edit] Sockpuppetry case
You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Rhode Island Hero for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. treelo talk 02:25, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Answers from LDEJRuff
Yes, I'm gonna be an animator someday, and a cartoonist. Sorry treelo accused you of sockpuppetry as I was, but thanks for removing the suspected sockpuppetry tag off my page.
And I'll think about joining your club.

Hi, the recent edit you made to User talk:Treelo has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on User talk:Treelo. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. treelo talk 21:29, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] RE: SANDBOX
Hi! I'm not sure why you are replacing user talk pages with "C", but as you ask what a sandbox is, I presume you are willing to learn about Wikipedia :) Check WP:SANDBOX, you can edit here as much as you like without damaging anything. Have fun! Poeloq (talk) 21:31, 15 February 2008 (UTC)

Please do not delete content from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to User talk:Elaich, without explaining the reason for the removal in the edit summary. Unexplained removal of content does not appear constructive, and your edit has been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox for test edits. Thank you. This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
