Please do not add commercial links or links to your own private websites to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links. You are, however, encouraged to add content instead of links to the encyclopedia. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thanks. --Madchester 00:29, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on the contributor; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. ccwaters 03:42, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
- Please do not make personal attacks on other people. Wikipedia has a policy against personal attacks. In some cases, users who engage in personal attacks may be blocked from editing by admins or banned by the arbitration committee. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Please resolve disputes appropriately. Thank you. ccwaters 12:29, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Craig McTavish
Before you revert once again to your sexually charged edits, take a look at Wikipedia's verification policy. Before this edit will be allowed to stand, you must provide reliable, verifiable sources for your information. If you simply continue to revert the article without providing it, you risk being blocked for vandalism. RGTraynor 11:06, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia under the three-revert rule, which states that nobody may revert a single page more than three times in 24 hours. (Note: this also means editing the page to reinsert an old edit. If the effect of your actions is to revert back, it qualifies as a revert.) Thank you.
If you continue to reinstate your edits and abuse editors you will be blocked. --Richmeister 11:42, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
The problem with the "MacTavish" slang usage is that it has only been posted to urbandictionary, which has a much lax verifiability policy compared to Wikipedia. Unless the term has been featured in other news media, or even mentioned by MacTavish himself, such a definition can not be verified, and can even be considered libel. --Madchester 18:00, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Block
Hi. You have been blocked from editing (24hrs) for having violated WP:3RR. Please be more careful in the future. El_C 13:03, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
