Welcome to Wikipedia. The vandalism warning you are complaining about was issued back in March of this year, and was in response to the vandalism from someone on your IP address. You can see this yourself from this link. [1]
As dynamic IP addresses can be issued by Inernet service providers to different people. I assume therefore that your internet service provider had, 9 months ago, assigned your current IP address to someone else. The best way to avoid confusion, such as you are clearly displaying, is to register for an account. That way, your edits will never be confused with anybody elses.
