[edit] Welcome

Hello! I've noticed that you have edited Wikipedia without logging in to an account. I'm happy that you've been contributing. However, I urge you to create an account. Here is a list of the benefits of having an account:

There are no cons to signing up for an account. In fact, there are more pros here! Signing up is completely free and you don't need to enter any personal information! Plus you can have a user page like mine! So, unless you can think of a con, sign up for an account right now! -- Levine2112 discuss 17:53, 27 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button Image:Wikisigbutton.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 19:45, 27 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] December 2007

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. A contribution you made to Homeopathy appears to carry a non-neutral point of view, and your edit may have been changed or reverted to correct the problem. Please remember to observe our core policies. Thank you. OrangeMarlin Talk• Contributions 17:52, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

I'm puzzled by the non NPOV analysis here orangemarlin. The IP seemed to add a clarification of what the papers conclude. Why is that non neutral? Given this IP has made the same addition again, maybe you should explain the reasoning for your revert on the talk page, it does not appear to be blatant NPOV to me. What am I missing? David D. (Talk) 18:40, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] deleted comments

I didn't delete your comment, I moved it up a section, check the diff, where it had the appropriate context. David D. (Talk) 18:43, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.

Please stop. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, as you did to Homeopathy, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. OrangeMarlin Talk• Contributions 19:15, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Homeopathy notice

The homeopathy article and related pages are on article probation, due to past editing problems. Please read the terms at Talk:Homeopathy/Article probation and be sure to comply. Jehochman Talk 15:20, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Topic ban

For continued disruptive editing such as [1] and [2], you are hereby banned from editing any page related to homeopathy, broadly construed, for one month. Jehochman Talk 17:06, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

Do you realize that the ban is totally unfair, unjustified and shows that your role here is to support a strong POV against the NOPV police and thus you are not the right editor to supervise this discussion? I will appeal that- it is evrything against you in this case .

-Unless this a mistake  ? --70.107.246.88 (talk) 17:31, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

What have you done wrong? anyway, I agree with what you said on my talkpage you cannot cherry pick sources just because a good source says soemthing you personally disagree with as A Rubin appeared to do. Peter morrell 19:36, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

I agree with Peter here. I'm not clear what the problem is. This editor has created a NPOV statement that is in line with the references cited, and he has not engaged in an edit war. What IS the problem? And is a one-month ban a fair punishment? Is everyone who makes changes in the article given this punishment? DanaUllmanTalk 17:52, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
