Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism and immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others.   — Jeff G. (talk|contribs) 01:25, 6 January 2008 (UTC)

I'm sorry, but I have virtually no experience in resolving disputes, and I don't really believe I'm up to it. Why not seek out help at Wikipedia:Third opinion? —T-borg (T | C) 14:26, 6 January 2008 (UTC)

As I said before, I'm not acquainted at all with dispute resolution, and can't help in that matter. As for the deletion, I don't know anything about the reliability of the citations, and have no idea about what to do in that situation. I'm afraid I can't help out in the dispute, sorry. —T-borg (T | C) 22:26, 6 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Sockpuppetry case

You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Marcus2 for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. treelo talk 15:30, 10 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Issues at hand

For starters, regarding the IP address and anonymous editing, it's recommended that if you really want to do some editing, that you create an account. No personal information is required (not even an e-mail address, but that will help you if you loose your password). I'm going to place the generic welcome message at the top of your talk page, which has more information about this.

Regarding the sockpuppet and/or checkuser with Marcus2, that's not for me to decide. The admins will review the sockpuppet case, and an even higher up admin will review the checkuser. For checkuser, the results will either be yes or no, nothing much beyond that. See the various information on the checkuser pages about what is not disclosed.

You've shown yourself to be fairly proficient in moving around the various policies here, something which usually takes people quite some time to unravel, and something which some people actually never get a grasp on (not that I am claiming that I do).

The sock puppet case is a little different, as the opinions you are offering are 100% in-line with Marcus. I am not sure why the references provided are disputed by you, since I'm fairly uninvolved in the PPG articles. You'll need to provide some strong weight on your arguments against sources like the animation magazine, as it's considered a reliable source.

As T-borg mentions in a prior posting, one of the available resources is WP:THIRD, third opinion. I'm uninvolved in PPG stuff, but I'm not uninvolved in the dispute. Yngvarr 16:13, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

You're welcome. Here to help, that's all. Cheers, Lindsay 21:27, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.
