6 News Lawrence

6 News Lawrence is an independent local television station based in Lawrence, Kansas. It is owned by The World Company, owners of the Lawrence Journal-World newspaper. They are presented on the Sunflower Broadband cable system and reach homes in various surrounding communities in Douglas County, Kansas, including Eudora; communities in Leavenworth County, Kansas including Tongnoxie and Basehor, and Wyandotte County, Kansas west of I-435, including the Piper neighborhood of Kansas City.
