ЩЄĿĈØМƏ †Ω ΜЏ ÐДГĶ ÐØΜÁ‡Й

AS you may have already figured out, I'm not on good terms with the mods. The thing is, I'm pretty sick of admins giving us this "fair use" sh*t about images in articles. There absolutly no reason for it. If you had to chose between a pormotional picture off of a bands website (which CLEARLY would not have any negitive affects on the band whatsoever) and a bad quality, pixalated, concert photo. Natural you'd choose the prior, would'nt you? Well, according to these stuck ups, "thats wrong". Apparently, quality of an article is nowhere near as important as makeing sure every photo looks likes it was taken by a two year old. THATS why I'm on bad terms with the mods...

Actually, the whole "fair use" thing is a United States legal issue, and not some left-field decree from Wikipedia's higher ups. I would recommend reading this page, since it lays out why promotional pictures and the like not released under a free content license is just bad for the project and its goals. As for the pictures that were "taken by a two year old", may I ask where these are so I can look into it further? -- Joe Beaudoin Jr. Think out loud 02:13, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Further possible vandalism

I have also noticed and reverted your possible personal attack vandalism of the Palmer Cox article. Unless you have verified evidence from authoritative sources that this person is widely considered a racist, you should not insert your personal opinons into the article. This breaks WP:OR and WP:NPOV. It may also be considered vandalism if a suspect pattern of edits emerges. Bwithh 22:04, 31 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] No personal attacks

Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on the contributor; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. (Even when you think an editor is supporting a reprehensible position you must still treat them civilly. It's not an option.) -Will Beback 06:02, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

Please do not attack other editors, which you did in this edit summary. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.   — Jeff G. (talk|contribs) 03:08, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Regarding edits made during December 25, 2006 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. If this is an IP address, and it is shared by multiple users, ignore this warning if you did not make any unconstructive edits. TeckWizTalkContribs@ 03:16, 25 December 2006 (UTC)

Blocked
You have been blocked for vandalism for a period of time. To contest this block, add the text {{unblock}} on this page, along with an explanation of why you believe this block to be unjustified. You can also email the blocking administrator or any administrator from this list. Please be sure to include your username (if you have one) and IP address in your email.

If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia after the block has expired, you will be blocked for longer and longer periods of time.

Please do not erase warnings on this page. Doing so may be considered disruptive. Kukini 03:17, 25 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] I reverted your changes to George Lincoln Rockwell

I agree with your comments, but I think the quotes speak for themselves, without the extra comments. I mean, EVERYONE knows this guy was a nut, you don't need to add extra comments to prove this. Also the tone, is not fitting for an encyclopedia.

[edit] vandalism warning -- level 4

This is the only warning you will receive. If you vandalize Wikipedia once again, as you did to Matthew F. Hale, you will be blocked. William Ackerman 22:01, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

Welcome, and thank you for adding your humour to Wikipedia. However, the articles are meant to be serious, so please don't make joke edits, as you did to Admiral Ackbar. Some readers looking for a serious article might not find them amusing. If you'd like to experiment with editing, try the sandbox, where you can write whatever you want (as long as it's not offensive). You might also want to check out Wikipedia:Bad Jokes and Other Deleted Nonsense. -- GJD 19:45, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] An Automated Message from HagermanBot

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button Image:Wikisigbutton.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! HagermanBot 20:50, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] And the stupid Kim Il-sung edits that got me banned

Your recent edit to Kim Il-sung (diff) was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to recognize and repair vandalism to Wikipedia articles. If the bot reverted a legitimate edit, please accept my humble creator's apologies – if you bring it to the attention of the bot's owner, we may be able to improve its behavior. Click here for frequently asked questions about the bot and this warning. // AntiVandalBot 11:39, 1 April 2007 (UTC)

This message gives the user absolutly no clue as to when their ban will be lifted.
One month: [1] Kariteh 19:21, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
How much longer till this ban is lifted? Please?

Do you even bother reading the edit summarys? Obviously not, or we would'nt be haveing this break down in conversation. Here we go... THIS IS MY USER PAGE. Tellyaddict is not an administrator and their comments are niether essential nor wanted. Therefor, I am completely within my right to delete said comments from my page. Thank you. 69.250.130.215 20:32, 28 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] User page

Just a comment... I noticed on the recent edits that you had been removing warnings. If they're recent you should normally keep them. Also you can archive your page if you want to move material off the page. One thing about your last edit comment, you mentioned that "User pages belong to the user" but this is not correct. You might want to ready WP:USER to keep up to date on guidelines regarding user pages. Arthurrh 12:31, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Rachel Rotten

Hi there. I've had to remove the inclusion of her alleged real name since it was not sourced. Per our guidelines on the biographies of living persons, any information -- particularly that of a personal nature -- needs to be reliably sourced before being added to Wikipedia, otherwise it'll be removed. Should you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you. -- Joe Beaudoin Jr. Think out loud 19:14, 30 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Please be civil...

I've noticed that your lack of civility towards another editor on Robrotten's talk page here. May I kindly ask that you do not engage in such actions again? Thank you. -- Joe Beaudoin Jr. Think out loud 19:19, 30 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] October 2007

Please do not attack other editors, which you did here: User_talk:131.158.58.138. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Escape Orbit (Talk) 23:06, 5 October 2007 (UTC)

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Please do not add content without citing reliable sources, as you did to OTEP. Before making potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add your original reference to the article. Contact me if you need assistance adding references. Thank you. Zouavman Le Zouave 14:36, 8 October 2007 (UTC)

Please refrain from making personal attacks or threats in your edit summaries, as you did here. Wikipedia has a strict policy on personal attacks and you could possibly be subject to a block if this behavior was to be repeated. Thanks in advance, Zouavman Le Zouave 14:36, 8 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Racism

Dude, racism, not cool. Oh yeah, the entire continent of Africa's so dumb. Yeah, that's why they had the ancient Nubians and Egyptians.
