[edit] Comparison between the Medal of Honor and Victoria Cross

I've reverted your changes because I don't think it's necessary for each award to reference the other in the leads. I can't really see the point because then you would have to draw comparisons between other existing highest awards for gallantry. Comparing only one or a few can be seen as bias.
