We hope that you choose to become a Wikipedian and create an account. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have on my talk page. By the way, make sure to sign your posts and comments with four tildes (~~~~), which will let others know who left it. Mr. Yooper 19:33, 17 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] 216.125.163.56 vandalism

Thank you for bringing it to my attention. I reported the vandalism to the administrators and that IP address now has a 6 month block on it. You can report such things yourself to Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism, but remember not to report it until there is vandalism after final warning. Thanks again. Cynrin 21:54, 10 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Active voice

You made a change to the Heather Mills section of the Paul McCartney page, changing passive voice to active. I wanted to say thanks. I've been making that change in lots of articles, but I wrote that sentence, and I when I saw your change, I was reminded to be humble. John Cardinal 23:09, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] New messages (Ouch!)

You are not alone about that "You have new messages" feeling. It still makes me think as if I have been told to go to the headmaster's office, which was years ago...  :) ThE bEaTLeS aka andreasegde 06:56, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Patrick White

Then why is Steve Slaton on the list then? He's a current player. White and Slaton are both Heisman contenders, and White is becoming one of the greatest QBs in West Virginia history (he already have broken many records at WVU). My only point is, that if you put Slaton on the list, then why not White? John 04:10, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

Alright, I can agree with leaving them both out. Good luck in the future. John 16:23, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

Thanks. It was no big deal, I was just looking to try and clean up the section. John 19:29, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Belated reply

I've left you (I hope you; IP addresses often shift to other individuals over time) a late-coming reply at User talk:SMcCandlish/Archive 4#WP:OWN. Just FYI. If you consider the topic still open, please feel free to return it to my non-archive talk page. — SMcCandlish [talk] [cont] ‹(-¿-)› 23:54, 17 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] The Current Events Barnstar

The Current Events Barnstar
For your efforts at Mike Wieringo at a time when they are needed most, and to encourage that you keep an eye over it for the next few days while media coverage is still heavy, I award you this, The Current Events Barnstar. Thank you for your contributions. The least the man deserved is a fleshed out Wikipedia article, and I'm glad to see that he's getting one. Ichormosquito 22:13, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Bill Sienkiewicz

If you run a WHOIS on billsienkiewiczart.com, you'll see that the page wasn't created until 2006. The initial edit to put most of that info on to the Wikipedia article was in 2004. In this case, the website has actually copied the info from Wikipedia. Smashville 18:42, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Laaga Chunari Mein Daag

You're doing a great work! Why aren't you creating an account? It would be great! ShahidTalk2me 20:47, 20 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Feminist science fiction

Hi. You actually erased quite a bit of edits that were not the edit you described as "mostly personal essay". So I reverted your blanket edit, and also raised the question on the Talk:Feminist science fiction page about what to do with that section. The version you flipped back to had serious problems, but clearly you thought my version was worse. So I invite a discussion. --lquilter 03:40, 22 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Batman

Sorry, I hadn't meant to remove those edits, we edit conflicted and I didn't notice. I was using an earlier version as a base, and I'm guessing I mistook the conflict message for the usual one I get when I edit a version over such a long time. I was working from the 14:31 version of the article, so it removed your edits made after that point. Steve block Talk 10:05, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
