Please take care when editing Wikipedia articles. Here is a partial list of problems:
- Stating unsupported (and libelous) assertions as fact: "Giuliani's adultery, mob ties, patronage corruption". He admitted adultery, but has he been proven to have mob ties and been convicted of corruption? Do you have a citation?
- Making inflammatory unsupported assertions: "prohibited from all ... media coverage of the race". Claiming that he was actively barred from all media coverage is a serious allegation that requires exceptional proof (far beyond pointing out places where you would like him (you?) to have been mentioned).
- Insinuating that anyone appointed to a position must be corrupt: "a judge appointed by Giuliani", "another judge appointed by City Hall."
- Inappropriate use of scare quotes: ' His prior "conviction" by a Giuliani-appointed judge '.
- Selecting some facts (and ignoring others) to support a particular claim : "He also beat the second most powerful politician in NYC, Council Speaker Gifford Miller, in the entire Bronx," Why is he the second most powerful politician? Is there a score card? What about the rest of the boroughs? What about the other candidates?
Thank you.
