Please do not add commercial links (or links to your own private websites) to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links. You are, however, encouraged to add content instead of links to the encyclopedia as we drive for print or DVD publication; see the welcome page to learn more. Thanks. You have been temporarily blocked from editing Wikipedia for continuing to add spam links. If you wish to make useful contributions, you are welcome to come back after the block expires. -- Rhobite 02:12, 23 March 2006 (UTC)
This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. — mark ✎ 07:18, 9 March 2006 (UTC)
Mark, Posted new page , someone block me, remove it, since you have your page with redirect back to wikipedia... see lagos for link with picture
- The proper address for Wikipedia is wikipedia.org, not wikipedia.com, since it is a noncommercial organization. en.wikipedia.org goes specifically to the English-language edition. Also, the link on your page leaves the user inside your (pointless) frameset; it would be better to do your site without frames. *Dan T.* 03:21, 23 March 2006 (UTC)

- Thank, i did not know it was .org, we ask them to change it.. please explain what you mean by frameset,, i do not know what that means,, new to all this things.

- The structure of that page is an awful mess. The original page, at , contains a frameset with two frames: one, http://freedns.afraid.org/blank.html, is a blank page. The other, , itself contains a frameset with another copy of the blank page noted above, plus one at http://69.195.84.54/lagospicture.html. That latter one, which seems to be on a slow server that takes a while to load, has the actual HTML with IMG tags to view the pictures, but the pictures themselves are hosted at geocities.com. For no particularly good reason, there is a really convoluted table structure with lots of repetitions of the empty image http://www.geocities.com/clipart/pbi/c.gif. The pictures themselves are small thumbnails with no means of viewing larger versions, and seem to be likely copyright violations with the sources and licensing information not shown. *Dan T.* 16:16, 24 March 2006 (UTC)

I have blocked you from editing for 48 hours, for repeated spamming. You wrote that "An agreement have been reach to have the picture commercial free and return back to Wikipedia". I see no evidence of such an agreement, and I don't feel that you should be rewarded after having made several personal attacks and legal threats. It is not OK to have an external site hosting pictures for Wikipedia. If you can prove that you own the copyright to the pictures, you can upload them directly to Wikipedia. If you do not own the copyright, you shouldn't be linking to the site at all. Please stop spamming Wikipedia. Rhobite 16:56, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
Hi, thank for talk, after a long time.. It was agree on lagos talk that the page had commercial contain, and all that need to be done is remove them .. that is what i did please check them, and contain some other moderator involve.. I have no time download picture. what do I gain for trying to help wikipedia insult. Man think and ask your self what am I gaining.. go check the lagos talk and others links over there, i am not into this agruement again, please read other talk before you do anything. please.. and when you do, do not forget to unblock me..
- I'm sorry, you're mistaken. I read the discussion on Talk:Lagos already. Nobody told you that it would be OK to add your link as long as you removed the commercial content. When the block expires, please do not spam Wikipedia again. Rhobite 20:40, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
- An agreement with whom? Just because the presence of commercial ads in the old version of the site was one of the reasons the link was disapproved before doesn't mean that the link is necessarily acceptable even without the ads. There could be other objections, and no individual editor has authority to "agree" on the part of all of Wikipedia to accept a given link. *Dan T.* 23:33, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
I am shock by both of you, if you do a quick research you would know , i have started more topic on wikipedia, than anyone .. from the same remote location.. , even the said page, you claim authority to know, i wrote most of the piece , this you could verified under different name for more than 4 years now.. the said links picture of Nigeria have been there for more 4 years now, under yahoo. with yahoo ad.. nobody raise an eyebrown.. Is there a different reason you people are bend on this.. If it was about mark, mark happen to be a person, who want to win always, and i understand is feeling becuuse he is young..
but be objective is not using moderator power to win a case.. this is what Rhobite is doing.. If Rhobite think he want to contribute to the Page he should go to Nigeria, and get picture of it.. I am not getting paid for doing this, I am only doing wikipedia a favour, but I now regret, that I should not have started the so many topic i did, which some of them are not be use against me.. I know i have learnt my lesson, I would never start any topic against. i would leave you in keeping your over 40 years old knowledge of Africa and Nigeria. Since you it look like you people do not want to see anything good about the place, I have gone thru most of the picture on Wikipedia and some of the so call contribution are irritating, protracting us as thief, take for example the No to correct release by the infamours CIA, some of the information are not correct. When you remove thing like this you PEOPLE IN QUOTE who claim you know us more than US. just come back to insert it.. What is the all purpose of wikipedia, to inform or to MISINFORM.. Change you view Rhobite.. If you are going to be objective be..
You are not God, if been a moderator make you feel on top of the world, please it is not an achieve , the owner of wikipedia get paid, you are just a tool, been use and that can be dispost of any day.. from what i see, from your talk, if you have start your on .com company you would have made money for yourself. but you just spend your energy and time on building another man wealth. This is an Advice to you Rhobite. it is just an advice , you do not have to take.. time is a precious thing... Yestersday have gone, or time you spend on wikipedia have gone ,invest your time and Energy on your own website.. send me your link and may be i can help you... email me at onelove20004j@hotmail.com.. ok. young man..I am too old to talk with you.. Have a nice days. if you think about this thing, and you want to put the links or any of you, please.. I wish you well, may God bless you.. My time is precious.. I have better thing in life to achieve.
bye
