IP address often starts with 69.156 or 69.157. This is registered to Bell-Canada. This disruptive user seems to be based in St Catharines, Ontario, Canada, though has claimed to be based in the USA. Long history of personal attacks and tendentious editing. [1][2] vandalism of my user page by this IP. [3] Also uses an IP address beginning with 65.92 also from St Catharines [4] Alun 13:19, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
