[edit] October 2007
Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, please do not add promotional material to articles. Advertising, and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox", is strongly discouraged. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. I'm specifically referring to the details about portrait artist Kenneth Hari you're adding to multiple articles. They are unsourced, and not apparently pertinent to the articles in question. Hi. I have added a 'notability' tag to the article on Kenneth Hari. To meet encyclopedic standards, a biography must be properly sourced, using reliable references. Please see WP:BIO, as well as WP:COI, for details. As per above, the contributions you have made to a number of biographies regarding Mr. Hari do not appear to be relevant. Completely agree; the entries are essentially Wiki-spam about the artist. There is a very real notability issue here. Macspaunday 21:50, 31 October 2007 (UTC)

- editing articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with,

- linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam);
- and you must always:
- avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially neutral point of view, verifiability, and autobiography.
For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have conflict of interest, please see Wikipedia:Business' FAQ. For more details about what constitutes a conflict of interest, please see Wikipedia:Conflict of Interest. Thank you. JNW 13:46, 1 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 15:35, 18 December 2007 (UTC)
