[edit] American Gangster

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did in American Gangster. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. —Erik (talkcontrib) - 16:34, 8 August 2007 (UTC)

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did in American Gangster. It is considered spamming, and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising. Thanks. —Erik (talkcontrib) - 16:44, 8 August 2007 (UTC)

Please review the links marked in blue above. The content you've added is attempting to promote Salute, and Wikipedia is supposed to have a neutral stance in addressing public figures, especially an article of a film in which someone like Salute only has a short cameo. Furthermore, if you are Salute's agent, I would suggest reading Wikipedia's guideline about a potential conflict of interest. Unfortunately, your contribution is not appropriate for the encyclopedic standards of Wikipedia, so it cannot be included here. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. —Erik (talkcontrib) - 16:54, 8 August 2007 (UTC)

Have a nice day. I would suggest checking out the help desk and ask any pertaining questions about adding information about your client. —Erik (talkcontrib) - 17:11, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
