[edit] You have been blocked

Following the results of Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/BlowingSmoke, this IP address has been blocked for two weeks. Please avoid any abusive sockpuppetry in the future. Thank you. – Luna Santin (talk) 04:44, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

Request reason: "IP has many users"

Decline reason: "All of which appear to be creating abusive sockpuppet accounts. — Yamla 17:09, 2 March 2007 (UTC)"

Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.

I don't even have a wikipedia account, and I don't care what other people are doing. Blocking the whole IP in unfair.

However, some IPs are shared by many people, and as a result unregistered users are sometimes blocked for the misbehavior of another editor. Since administrators have no way to accurately tell the claims of an innocent user from those of an anonymous vandal, we strongly encourage you to create an account.

Innocent users are inconvenienced by this. Why are you blocking the IP address if the sockpuppets accounts are blocked?
