Umm - no one said it wasn't used as a weapon. It's an incindiary weapon. It burns people and things (like a flamethrower). It's commonly used for area denial, setting targets afire and burning out areas that are hard to get at with other munitions. 205.200.6.46 00:37, 6 April 2007 (UTC)
