I'm not. The decision is NOT final. Infernus is NOT a former member. None of them are. The band is in two factions and you guys make it out like Gaahl and Queen have won.

The article is correct as it was before you started vandalizing it. You are vandalizing it. You are adding your personal feelings to it. But Infernus is a current member STILL. Check the legallities. It states it plain and simple. All three are one band, but split in two.

Thats not what the law says(stateshttp://www.patentstyret.no/en/english/Legal_texts/Trademarks_Act/). Gaahl and Queen ATTEMPTED to kick him out, but by Norwegian law, they failed to do so, as Queen failed to retain full ownership of the name. This is not heresay or personnal opinion, this is the facts provided by the Norwegian Patent Office.

That has nothing to do with the Wikipedia article and your verison of it. Calling the band "False Gorgoroth" is vandalism. Adding unsourced information is not tolerated when it's being done consistently. You have also violated WP:3RR. Queen DID kick Infernus out. I took away the 'false' part. But if Infernus is not a member, why is he allowed his own webpage for his side of the band? Sounds like you guys just don't want to deal with pressure from Queen and co. Because it is known that they pressured myspace into deleting his bandpage. Infernus IS a member of the band. They can't kick him out until the court proceedings are finalized and/if they win the rights.

Fine, but be noted that there is a petition coming to Wikipedia demanding an overlook of how this page is being represented and how it's unlawfully damaging to Gorgoroth and Infernus. I among thousands of others on the petition feel it is unjust and biased, and we suggest a fair-to-both-sides revamp of the information stated in it's contents.

Have fun with that. All petitions have failed at wikipedia. A petition is nothing to wikipedia. Look at what happened when we showed images of Muhammad for the first time. We made a lot of people mad, and they petitioned to have it removed. But, it was not removed. Wikipedia is not censored. The Gorgoroth article will remain as it is despite any type of petition. But wikipedia has the responsibilty of representing FACTS and TRUTHS. You are going on heresay, propaganda and lies. I showed a page that was COMPLETELY unbiased and nuetral for both parties. I as well as many others thought it was a far comprimise on both sides, along with representing the case from a completly outside view without favoritism. But you assholes won't even listen to simple logic and common sense. We presented lawful facts, court papers and rulings, all show tha the situation IS nuetral, but you people won't even take a second glance at it. YOU are the ones who are biased. Gaahl and Queen DID NOT boot Infernus out. They CANNOT legally do that. It's says so in the legal papers and patent laws. All they did was create two factions to fight for the name.

Aparrently not - look, if you truely wish to discuss the matter (keep in mind that if you're not civil, you will be blocked again), then do so when you're unblocked on the Gorgoroth talk page. Until then, please read over the discussions going on at said talk page. And when you're unblocked, please do not continue to edit war - we are keeping the article as it is until a consensus is reached on the talk page - otherwise everyone who thinks that they are right will keep distrupting Wikipedia by changing the article.
