Thanks for your post. It would help if when you posted messages you added 4 tildes (i.e ~ ) after to automatically include your name/date/time.
Really, you've answered for yourself why this article has to be deleted. "Tim is a good guy that is moving up in this field." Precisely. When he has reached the top, he'll deserve an article (whether he's nice or not), but until then if "people are always asking about his background" - let him tell them.
