I want to make it very clear to you also, you exist in the real world, under the rule of law. You and your editor are obliged to follow that. You should thread very carefully on this.

You better be able to justify your actions and the actions of those you "enable" in a court of law.

That court over rides your wikipedia policy. If you take that as a "legal Threat" so be it.

Remember, you are not exempt from Liable/Slander and defamation. There are real people and reputations at stake here and real people will fight if harmed.
