Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia, the greatest encyclopedia on Earth! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I noticed you are known only as an IP address; that means you are not signed up. When you are you will get a username like mine. (See Wikipedia:Why create an account?). It only takes a username and password to sign up, no information needed (go to Special:Userlogin to sign up). Once you are signed up, you will have a recognizable name that others can use in identifying and corresponding with you. In addition, you might want to add yourself to the new user log.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. Four tildes (~~~~) produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! --Eliezer | £€åV€ m€ å m€§§åg€ 05:31, 29 July 2005 (UTC)

Thanks for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and has been removed. Please use Wikipedia:Sandbox for any other tests you want to do, since testing in articles will be removed quickly. Please see the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thanks. SasquatchTC 06:02, July 30, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] AfD nomination of Bassam Khalaf

I have nominated Bassam Khalaf, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Bassam Khalaf. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
