Please do not abuse AIV to settle disputes between yourself and other users. AN/I is meant for obvious and persistent vandals only. Removing irrelevant talk page comments is not vandalism; talk pages are not intended as a general discussion forum on the subject, but for improving the article. --Krimpet 06:11, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to use talk pages for inappropriate discussion, as described here, you may be blocked. Krimpet 06:29, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.
Request reason: "Hm, I've just checked my messages now AFTER being banned (I'm pretty new to the site). I was not aware I was warned. User Miranda deleting comments was construed here, "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Rock_of_Love_with_Bret_Michaels#Spin_off_of_Flavor_of_Love.3F" was construed as vandalism because Wikedia's policies state, "Discussion page vandalism Blanking the posts of other users from talk pages other than your own, Wikipedia space, and other discussions, aside from removing internal spam, vandalism, etc., is generally considered vandalism.""
Decline reason: "You have given no reason to believe the block was inappropriate. — Yamla 14:31, 2 August 2007 (UTC)"
Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.
[edit] August 2007
This is your only warning.
The next time you delete or blank page contents or templates from Wikipedia, as you did to Talk:Rock of Love with Bret Michaels, you will be blocked from editing. Please don't remove text from pages or disrupt Wikipedia to make a point. Thanks. Miranda 01:20, 13 August 2007 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.

Request reason: "I've been banned for deleting a comment on the Talk:Rock of Love with Bret Michaels, however, I had reported that person for doing exactly that: deleting comments. The comments that were deleted were relevant, as I answered a question that was relevant to the article. The comment that I deleted was simply, "See above. This is not a forum"; an irrelevant comment posted solely to prove her point and did not better serve the article because, as stated in the quote, the point was previously made. So me being banned temporarily for "disrupting Wikipedia to prove a point" is a bit hypocritical as the user deleted my comment to prove her point. User:Miranda had deleted my comments because they did not better serve the article, so I had done the same to a comment of hers that did not better serve the article. But for whatever reason, my action warranted a temporary banned, while her deleting comments wasn't. I feel it's obvious that if my actions warranted a ban temporarily (which I doubt), she should be banned temporarily as well."
Decline reason: "You violated WP:3RR, WP:POINT, WP:TPG. What others did is not relevant for the question as to whether to not your block was correct. — Sandstein 05:36, 13 August 2007 (UTC)"
