[edit] Links

Hello. It looks like all of your edits to this project have been solely to link to a specific website that was largely devoid of any important or useful information. This is a violation of our rules on external links. Considering that your only actions here have been to link to this site, this is a very clear violation on our rules on conflict of interest if not outright spam. Per our rules on conflict of interest, if you would like to have articles link to your own site, please put a post on the article talk page suggesting the link so that people not affiliated with the site can determine if there is any reason to link to it that meets Wikipedia rules. Adding them yourself will just get them removed and possibly added to our blocklist of frequently spammed sites. DreamGuy 14:41, 4 December 2007 (UTC)

This is your only warning.
The next time you insert a spam link, as you did to Helena Bonham Carter, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Spammers may have their websites blacklisted as well, preventing their websites from appearing on Wikipedia and other sites that use the MediaWiki spam blacklist at all. [edit] December 2007

You have been blocked for a period of 31 hours from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for continuing to add spam links. If you wish to make useful contributions, you are welcome to come back after the block expires. Persistent spammers will have their websites blacklisted from Wikipedia. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. NrDg 00:08, 13 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] January 2008

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Stephen Sondheim. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. 珊瑚15 02:33, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
