[edit] First Warning
Dear unregistered user,
- First, allow me to welcome you to Wikipedia and thank you for contributing.
- I've noticed that you're very active and have included the name Marty Munsch in may of your edits. I've been having to change/remove your edits where they have not been important to the article. Rather than having me follow you around to change things, perhaps you could take the following steps to make things easier for the both of us -
- Create an account or log in when editing Wikipedia
- Make sure that the information you are entering is verifiable by a reputable source (either online or in print)
- Read
-
-
- WP:COI (Wikipedia's policy on Conflict of Interest, especially Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest#Self-promotion.
- WP:A (about having verifiable sources for the information you add)
- WP:AUTO (Wikipedia's policy on Autobiographies)
-
- 4. Ask for help from a more experienced Wikipedian. Feel free to leave a comment at the bottom of my talk page.
I do feel it necessary to warn you that continued attempts at self-promotion may lead to unpleasant consequences including your IP address being blocked and the articles you're editing being protected. Please take the time to read the links above. Thanks in advance!

Unintended consequences. |
If you write in Wikipedia about yourself, your group, or your company, once the article is created, you have no right to control its content, and no right to delete it outside our normal channels. Content is not deleted just because somebody doesn't like it. Any editor may add material to the article within the terms of our content policies. If there is anything publicly available on a topic that you would not want included in an article, it will probably find its way there eventually. More than one user has created an article only to find himself presented in a poor light long-term by other editors. Therefore, don't create promotional or other articles lightly, especially on subjects you care about. Either edit neutrally or don't edit at all. NPOV is absolute and non-negotiable. |
[edit] August 2007
Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Talk:U.S. Chaos, you will be blocked from editing. Maverick Leonhart 22:43, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.
For future talk page edits, please add your entry to the page, do not replace someone elses entry with your own. All additions to a talk page are considered useful and it would be advised for you to reply to an entry rather than replace it all together. Thank you. Maverick Leonhart 22:45, 5 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Regarding edits to U.S. Chaos
Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page U.S. Chaos do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia.
- Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
- The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): rule: '\byoutube\.com\/watch' (link(s): http://youtube.com/watch?v=OChHsCZKLy0) . If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. an image or a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy and therefore probably should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, or similar site, then please check the information on the external site thorougly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creators copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), they are not written by a recognised, reliable source or contain original research. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
- Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! SquelchBot (talk) 01:56, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
